We would like to inform you of an important update regarding shipments to Australia.
Effective 31 May 2026, Australia Post has introduced a new requirement for all manifested shipments. Receiver contact details, including a valid phone number and email address, will now be mandatory.

Please note the following:
• The phone number provided must be a valid Australian number.
• The maximum length of the receiver’s phone number is 10 characters, and the allowable characters are “0-9” (digits only.) Examples are: 0491570156.
For AU shipments, an Australian mobile number is required. Recommended format examples are 0491570156, +61491570156, +61 491 570 156, 61491570156, 61 491 570 156.
• Non-Australian numbers, placeholders, or dummy values will cause the shipment manifest to fail.
• Failed manifests may result in delays and additional carrier charges.

To ensure smooth processing and avoid any disruptions, we kindly ask that you provide accurate and valid receiver contact details for all shipments to Australia moving forward.

The breach involves approximately 500,000 records, including names, phone numbers, and parcel tracking references, increasing the risk of phishing via email and SMS. Services remain operational; however, customers are advised to remain vigilant when receiving unsolicited delivery communications.

The designated operator of Poland has advised that a migration to the 2025 version of its Customs Declaration System will take place on 20 May 2026 between 08:00 and 13:30 CEST (UTC+2). During this period, delays may occur in the receipt and processing of advance data, which could result in temporary customs-related delays.

Israeli Post previously informed us that a state of emergency was declared as of Friday, the 13th June 2025 and this has now been extended until at least the 19th May 2026. We have now reinstated our services to Israel but please note that due to the current situation in the region customers should anticipate delays. The situation is fluid and we will continue to provide further updates as we receive them. Please note at this time, we are unable to accept items addressed to Gaza or Khan Yunis and The West Bank.

New Zealand Post advises that delivery services in parts of the Greater Wellington and Wairarapa regions were disrupted due to recent severe weather and flooding. While services have largely resumed and ferry operations between the North and South Islands are fully restored, some rural areas remain difficult to access and minor delivery delays may persist as recovery continues.

Democratic Republic of the Congo Post has advised that the suspension of transport routes in areas under rebel occupation remains in effect. As a result, secure postal delivery cannot currently be assured in the eastern provinces, specifically North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri. Postal services to all other regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo continue to operate normally.

The system change is also affecting, to a lesser extent, certain items arriving from outside the European Union and addressed to other postal codes across Spain.

Belgian Post have informed us that unannounced local industrial actions have been taking place in the Brussels area and parts of southern Belgium since 30 March, in response to organisational changes at bpost. Consultations between bpost and its social partners are scheduled for 1 April 2026, with no confirmed end date for the disruption. As a result, mail handling and delivery in the affected regions are likely to experience delays.

Chilean Post have informed us that new customs regulations require taxes on goods imported into Chile to be paid at origin. Many items are arriving without the required VAT or sufficient electronic advance data, leading to a build‑up of consignments awaiting customs evaluation. As a result, delays may be observed.
